Procedure for Medical checkup

  Appointments/Inquiries:
  For Inquiries or Appointments, please contact us at Direct TEL: 078-571-2700, Medical Checkup Center. (Sundays and national holidays are closed). We are also taking any inquiries via emails.

    If you already have Kobe Kaisei Hospital ID card, please inform us the ID number when you contact us.

  Notice/information before the examination:
  An information pack will be sent to the patient by post.
  This includes the confirmation of your appointment, questionnaires and stool specimen containers (not include in Basic course) which patient needs to bring it on the examination day.
  Note : Please make sure you receive all the above mentioned.

• Cancellation/Changing schedule
  For any cancellation or changes, please contact us as soon as possible. (Require at least one week before your appointment date.)
